After attending Eastern New Mexico University and Western Colorado University where she competed as a collegiate soccer player, Dr. Best graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Biology Degree. She went on to complete her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at Western University of Health Science College of Dental Medicine in 2021.
Dr. Best has attended continuing education classes to better improve her ability as a dentist. She is currently a member of the American Dental Association, New Mexico Dental Association, Eastern New Mexico District Dental Society, Spear Education Faculty Club, and she enjoys volunteering at Mission of Mercy.
Dr. Best and her family have resided in Roosevelt and Curry counties for 4 generations. She grew up in the town of Portales where she graduated from Portales High School. Dr. Best enjoys spending time on her family’s ranch and she loves to travel to the mountains where she likes to go hiking, snow skiing, and paddle boarding. Dr. Best enjoys caring for patients of all ages and looks forward to serving the communities that she grew up in.
In her free time, Dr. Best enjoys spending time on her family's ranch, traveling to the mountains to go hiking, skiing, and paddle boarding.
